I've come to the conclusion that this program is not very compatable with IE 8 or IE 8 really sucks (which it does). But....using IE8, Vista x64, there appears an error on the page whenver viewing video comments. This error causes the video player to play very very slow.
Here is the error given (only IE8 has this issue)
