IE and Firefox

Can anyone tell me why users can upload videos and music using firefox but user that have IE cannot.

I have looked all over for this answer and seemed to walked around other unnecessary answers.

Can anyone tell me the reason. This is affecting how people are being able to use my site. This is WACK if everyone needs to download firefox to be able to use all the features of the site.

If your users use IE7 - they will be able to upload without any problems
