How can it be that I which 70% can no longer use because the programmer no longer comes with the version behind her
I can no longer use many designs and modules

That can not all be true that I here money away Throwing
For months I write the programmer for an update and it happens nothing

Irrelevant.  If I buy a plugin for Microsoft Office 8 and I decide to install Office 360 and my plugin does not work, then that is on me because I decided to upgrade Office.

You made the decision to upgrade; if you did not check to see if must have modules would work on the new version then this problem lies with you.  Your choice is to either live without the modules or go back to the previous version of Dolphin.

Or you can see about hiring a developer that may be able to get the module to work with the new version.

Or learn to create them yourself. 

Also think about the mod maker. If you were making mods and only sold a few, would you keep working on them knowing no more money is coming in? Or would you move onto something else, leaving your mods to work on the last version they were built for?

If you have lots of 'key' modules that have not been updated yet, it may be worth checking in config.php file to see what version they are set to install on

check config.php within 'install' file

update 7.1.x to 7.3.x or .2 if using 7.2

Many modules will install and run fine still, and only need minor adjustments if any.

I've found lots of modules that work on latest version that are not updated as yet with no issues.

Contrary to what some writers have said, a lot of vendors do stipulate that updates are free. Check that one out.

Also, a module should work for all sub-sets of the same version - 7.2.0 , 7.2.1 etc. I agree that some vendors are not obligated to supply endless free upgrades, but many often do.
