I would like a refund

Does anybody know where to point me to request a refund? I can't find one section on this site where I can contact regarding AFTER SALES questions. Sure they have all the contacts in the world for pre-sales....

Best bet would probably be to send them an email, or submit a free ticket (which you can do from the form on that page).

you should also have contact information as you should have been assigned a rep when you purchased your license. however, there is a great deal about the non-refund policy on boonex. so good luck with getting a refund.

after sales questions specific to the application are usually directed here in the forums. whether or not you get an answer, typically depends on the exact question.
