You are not looking in the correct file. OK, lesson on how templates work in Dolphin. You have the Base template and then other templates on the system including ones you may have added from third parties. If a css is not in the template you have as the default, or in a template set by the user if you have that allowed, it will pull from the Base template. Now remember that if you change something in the Base template it can be changed by an update. Therefore, if you are changing the Base template, keep a list of what you change.
