Never seen that one before. But i would not bother with Open Social. Dolphin 7.0.9 is the last version that will have it. Boonex is dropping it.

Why don't you use Janrain?  They have a Dolphin Module for free!

 I think you are confusing open social with open id. Open social is diferent.
