I need to wget RMS

I used:

wget https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/86601636/MediaServer/RMS-LINUX-v.7.1.0.tgz

the last time I installed RMS, but now it generates a error:

HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 429 Bandwidth Error
2016-06-19 19:52:38 ERROR 429: Bandwidth Error.

Is there another location I can download from using wget?

Why are you downloading from Dropbox? That is not official, nor is it secure. BoonEx operates its own download server:

https://get.boonex.com/RMS-LINUX-v.7.1.0

Never download Dolphin software from unofficial sources.
