I need help w/ Mouse Over Always On

Mouse Over at the top of each page is always on and comes on when any page is first loaded.  I am sure I must have done something to cause it but am uncertain as to what I did.  PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN.

Restore "previous" whateveryoumodded and start over with the mods.

You did save stuff before you started  .....  right?

P.S. ALWAYS backup files before editing them just in case  .....  you NEVER know.

My "mouseover shadow is always on."  When a person logs in this presists for all menus.  My boss is not happy with me right now as he wants this fixed prior to the launch.

Yes I somehow messed it up ... And I do have a 2 day old backup but I would lose so much other work I am really hoping to fix this without the restore.  I do not think I changed any js.  I think I am have somehow altered some trigger for the js.

Please help.  Any and all help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
