where were you getting RMS services from? rms does not come from boonex, typically it comes from your hosting service provider or from a 3rd party provider. i think you have recently changed hosting providers, leaving TMD, and going somewhere else. if that is the case, then TMD was most likely the RMS service provider, and have discontinued that service as you moved away your hosting.
If TMD was not your RMS service provider, and you were using a 3rd party service provider for your RMS services, and you have moved hosting service providers, what may be happening is that your new hosting service provider does not have the necessary ports open for RMS to make the incoming and outgoing connections.

my hosting company right now is in India and he emailed me now that they dont have and they have to install and it will take some time. as for the hosting, tmd is still owing me because i paid for one year and that was in march. i dont think they will disconnect me right now because my hosting is still there even though i moved the site away. i will contact them right now because i didnt think about it. i should be innformed in such case before it is disconnected. i am not owing them. they owe me till now because i didnt cancle my account. my hosting remains until it expires. righ dawg? I dont know it all, so sharing is always better. |
