Are you talking about going forwards with trident instead of Dpro?

If so Im interested in seeing a link, nothing from what I've seen so far on Tri has made me want to look at it further over Dpro so far...

This recently released open source game has been out since Sep 2015,

I found my niche site; it's used for verification of players and submissions of maps and scenarios, screenshots from the game.

I'm barely keeping up as they are signing up all day long every day.

Started the site June 3rd..

I think I can share now, I like Trident a lot! 

Cannot wait for further modules to come along..

You may be in love but I have never seen such a convoluted piece of crap.  I have poked and prodded and just the simple task of monitoring and maintaining members is nowhere to be found.  I am guessing that even though I have an admin account, I really don't have access to the site as an admin should.  One of the big flaws of Dolphin is that admins are not really admins; or if you are going to cripple admins, then you should be able to set up a super-admin.  The only way one can be a real admin on Dolphin is the use of third party plugins to allow you to log in as the user.  I may be wrong but I am guessing this has carried over into Trident.  I don't want a bleeding profile, I just want to be an admin with full control over all of Trident, content, etc like any real social platform will allow.

I didn't like Trident the first time I saw it and I like it even less now.

It has more controls than you think, it's new and as the old sayin is..

D is gets members totally lost, too much.

My members totally love it, and use it.

I think my bounce rate and returning visitors lets me know it is easy to use.

I think this is the lowest bounce rate I have even see on any community site. Also very healthy pages per session. Very good signs all around. Keep up! Once the early building stages settle, you should have a good stable growth. Then, you could explore other niches. ;)

Love the hate!

So far, 185 active members since June 3rd, and many many member post.

This is not a dating site, it is driven by member creations, and posts.

It's funny the ones that dislike the most have the least members on their sites or don't even show their own sites for comparison.

 I had a hit today from someone here viewing this almost four-year-old post today.

Funny that this poster is now on UNA.. hmm

I do believe this travel guy has Dolphin 6 sites still in use, which are duplicates of other sites just different domain names.

Still hating on UNA I suppose.

EDIT: He now is using UNA for his main travel site. Did you get a divorce from your wife?

If you're talking about me, no; I don't use UNA for my main travel site - TravelNotes.org - or any site for that matter.

I'm even thinking about dropping Dolphin altogether; which would be a shame.

Don't give up on Dolphin yet; we are working to fork Dolphin and all your current modules with some modifications by the developer will work.
