I just purchased an Enterprise License. What steps...

I just purchased an Enterprise License. What specific steps do I need to take to initiate the "professional installation" that came as part of the license? I am very eager to get Dolphin installed on my web server as soon as possible.

 most times what happens here is that you are purchasing on the weekend, when the boonex staff is not around.

I am in the same situation.

In order obtain to "Pro Installation from BoonEx techs" you will need to submit installation ticket in the Help area of this site.

Please navigate to this page: http://www.boonex.com/help/tickets

You should see "Paid tickets" tab in the top menu.

Click on it and submit the ticket with all appropriate info (with all specific info) for BoonEx techs to begin your installation.

You will be notified within 24 hours about the status of your installation process.
