I installed the News module, I get an error on on the admin screen.

After turning on error reporting.  Does anyone have any idea what could cause that?

Ok I found out it was because I removed the tmpl_uni template from the server.  I only want the theme that I installed to be user selectable.  Is there a way to not allow the end user select a theme or rename tmpl_uni to something else and have the references to that folder be updated as well?
