I cant upload video

what is the size of the video you are trying to upload? From there, what is your max upload size in your php.ini and what is the max video upload size in your videos module (admin - modules - video - settings)

It is TMD hosting that has installed it and they have put it to 250 MB. Even the embed does not work and the recorder also....

not to say anything bad about TMD but I have heard scenarios where an auto installer was used and files did not get uploaded/installed properly. I would find out if they indeed used an auto installer, cause that could be the problem.

I just ask them and he told me : Yes my Dolphin was installed with Softaculous auto installer. Is there a way that I can  fix the problem without loosing all that I have added on my website?

that you would have to ask a more seasoned dolphineer. the most common resolution that I have seen was to do a manual installation from scratch. I dont know if anyone has found a way to fix errors from the auto installer. Hopefully someone will respond soon.
