I cant find my IM

Where do my users get the instant Messenger tool, I have the free license entered correctly, and it's enabled. I cand find anything about my instant messenger, besides going to the plugins and clicking on ray and seeing that it is enabled..So my question is how do I IM someone

You mean Ray Desktop?

You have to customize it and edit some settings in order to work.. then compile it and make it available for download..

or the online IM.. the IM is available when you have at least one other member online, you click the "My Presence" link on the top right and you can IM the users listed..
