I can't log in (Just installed)

I jus installed Dolphin on my database.

I tried 'installing' it and followed the 3-4 page process for Dolphin (Site name, Database info so on so forth)

I get this error at the end, when I think I'm done.

Access denied for user 'q22inc'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

you made the DB now you have to set user for it..then tyoe in the correct DBname, user and password after localhost
