I can't add friends in my dolphin community

I can't add friends in my dolphin community and the url of the profile cannot be seen, eg. centralians.com/anthony (it is not found)

site is missing either mod_rewrite enabled (meaning it's not installed) or the .htaccess file

where can i find or upload .htaccess or mod_rewrite file?

Mod_rewrite is a server setting, check with your host on it.  It's actually the 2nd thing you will do.

The first, find the Dolphin File (you should have it on your computer) that you uploaded dolphin from.  Login via FTP and open the Dolphin zip.  Just below all the folders you will see a file named .htaccess, look at your servers files and see if it's in the same place (in the Dolphin Root Directory, it has admin as the very first folder) as it is in your Dolphin zip folder on your computer.  If it's not just drag and drop it onto the server.

i already upload .htaccess, i'm using window server where can i find the server setting?mod_rewrite, do i need to inform my hosting company?
