I'm in the same boat here, my only problem right now is I don't have an RMS server to connect to and since my site has little to no traffic right now I don't have a problem hosting the RMS off my home PC so I can save some money instead of renting a server.
Anyone that has been able to get the windows rms working can you please give us a little help on what you did and how you did it. |

RMS on a home PC? You're joking... right?
You guys can't give up 5 bucks a month to lease an RMS? My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees. |

Unless you have a 100MBPS internet connection at home, which I doubt, hosting the RMS on a home computer is useless for anything but testing.... and I'm not sure how great it would be for that. Two or three concurrent video connection will saturate your internet connection.
You can lease RMS from a third party for a small amount of money. That shouldn't be a problem if you're serious about what you're doing. My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees. |
my internet and computer is more then enough for the rms, we just need some sort of solution as to why the windows version isn't working, I have set it up the way its suppose to be but some where a long the line somethings stopping it from talking to my pc, Iv had friends connect to my red 5 np so its probably a coding issue on the website. |

I highly doubt they will make the windows RMS anytime soon. Right now dolphin is pertty much unix-required to run. If you want a windows RMS you can make your own and just add the needed variables to work with dolphin, taht is why it is open source. |
