I Can not create Events ......I need some help Please

in the pass i was able to create event but after doing a upgrade to 7.0.4

I have been unable to upload event

I have check membership setting

also event setting and all are good yet i can't upload or create an event

The only way I found to make this work, is to add the event-save, the go to your admin panel and clear the cashe (ALL) then the events show up when you return to your home page.
