Howto add icon to selected users as reward system

My goal is to reward powerusers with a special icon (e.g. crown, etc.) on their homepage.

I want to manually set a tag for the powerusers and the image should show up on their profile page. Any idea how to do this?

That sounds like custom development to me.  I did the same thing for Membership groups.

Big deal to develop? I was thinking to add an icon into the style sheet which looks up the parameter in the database to show. I've never done this before and I would appreciate a pointer with an example to learn from.

Can you share your code for the groups?
