Thanks for the reply.

But we want to know that we have to follow all the steps given below

-------------------

We want the direct upgrade from 7.0.9 to 7.1.4 (Not find any link for that)

Thanks for the support.

No need to work through the betas, so just follow the above. There is no direct upgrade from 7.0.9 to 7.1.4, you have to go through each one as outlined above.

You need to upgrade to each individual version (so first 7.0.9 to 7.1.0, and so on).  Here's the order:

1. http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/7.0.9-7.1.0

2. http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/7.1.0-7.1.1

Hi Kaushik,

You will have to upgrade from 7.0.9->7.1.0->7.1.1->7.1.2->7.1.3->7.1.4 as geek_girl or Nathan mentioned above..

There's no shortcut to go from 7.0.9 to 7.1.4 and this is normal for all software upgrades. If you are willing to pay, we can do the upgrade for you but I recommend you try doing it yourself unless your site is massively modded and have lot's of members.

Thanks,

Yes, we should point out that if you have modified the files with custom code changes, when you upgrade those code changes will be overwritten.  In that case you either deal with the lost of the custom changes, or you have to manually go back and add them back in.  There are a lot of changes in 7.1.4 so it may be that it won't matter.

First step is to completely back up ALL site files, and the database.
