How to stop user profile viewed user on Wall?

Hello to all,

I know there are allready items on the forum about this but it is so frustrating that you can't stop the view profiles entered in the bx_wall_events table!

I run 7.08 with custom template and tried the comment out case view: but that doesn't work becoz it only hides the events but does not delete it from bx_wall_events table.

where can you delete or comment-out the script code to stop the insert sql statement?

Does any one know or did this already?

May be you are using some custom mod or you are saying about Spy module, because by default Dolphin's Wall doesn't collect and display the View Profile events. The events registered with Profile in Wall  are Edit, Edit Status Message, Delete. 

Profile View action is tracked with default Dolphin's Spy module. If you need to disable it there, you need to go to Dolphin's DB -> sys_alerts table and remove the row with 

profile - view - ID of bx_spy_profiles_activity Spy handler (take it from sys_alerts_handlers table)

Then clean cache and test.

If you are using some custom module you need to contact with the vendor to get help.

This works for me. Now the profile views don't get put up on the wall anymore.
