 Hello, I created a New Block with 6 New Items in that block. I now want to re-order those items, but I cannot drag them around... I cannot even drag them out of the box and into the "Inactive Items" area. Is that normal, or is there something wrong? Thanks! |

Hi, did you get any mysql error or something? No, it all seems to be fine from that regard. I just cannot move those new item fields around once I have placed them somewhere. |
It's strange... if I add a pre-existing non-custom Boonex field (such as "relationship status" to the section where the New Items are, I can drag the new items directly around that rel status field. However, I can't drag New Item 1 to a spot in between New Item 2 and New Item 3. Even stranger, I CAN drag the items around in the Edit Profile page... just not in the Join page builder. |

I have two things to say. It looks very strange and I am confused with so many items dragged lol LOL The problem may have fixed itself... I simply hit my "refresh" button while on the join page block builder, and everything is now draggable. Phew! |
lol why didn't you tried that before its one of the obvious things to do. Here is the obvious list.... Reload your page by ctrl+F5 Clear your cache (preferably from ftp) Logout and then login If these doesn't work panic a little.. :) Come here and create a thread. So simple I think i didn't forget any obvious step. so much to do.... |
