How to solve these probls that block my website ?

My host blocked the website saying that:

Your account "meetwebclub.com" hosted on vps.meetwebclub.com is running various CPU intensive php scripts which are causing very high load on the server and due to which server is going under very high load.

Please have a look at the follow details about your php scripts running in parallel.

We had no choice but to block web access of your account to stabilize the server because server is currently under very high load.

Please involve a web developer to check and optimize the code to decrease the resource usage. You should optimize your scripts/queries a little further because we believe that there is always some room for improvement.

I dont think that is spammers because is on the public.html/index.php, could it be the number of people that is acessing the website ? or is the last 5 digits numbers that shows that is the user doing spam on the website ?

The host said thats could be plugins or code from dolphin that its generated that. I dont think so.

Do you have any ideia in whats the problem here and how to find a solution ?

Here is your solution, you need to find another hosting company.  There are hosting companies here on Dolphin that will host your site.  You can also PM me for a solution.

When I first stated using Dolphin, I was unaware of the real requirements because Boonex misleads people into what is needed to run Dolphin; and Andrew Boon, this is true; you have recommended hosting listed that can not handle a full fledge Dolphin site with hundreds to thousands of users and the community here has asked you to remove them or to at least put up a qualifying statement and you refuse.  I put the site up on a VPS server that was a poor-arsed one.  When I got 20 users on the site, mySQL server shut down; because my host had it set if I had too many connections going on it would shut.  My users got the database connect error.  Even when I added more ram to the VPS it did not fix the issue.  I scrambled to get a dedi in place while we crawled along all but broken.

Go ahead and list your current VPS and we can better advise you.

2 hours ago?  If this was my website that was off-line and I thought the forum here could help me, I would be on here constantly asking more questions.  I guess the website was not that important to the poster.

I believe i already suggested you switch to another host. The page is still called even if blocked by filters. So if the host is not allowing even multiple page hits within a couple of minutes than you need to find another host. No choice. The current host is limiting resources way to much.

Also last time i checked you still had several thousand spam accounts you still had not purged off your site. I cannot stress enough how important it is to get rid of them. For a couple of major reasons.

1) My filters do not block existing accounts from logging in. So existing spam accounts must be deleted.
2) Existing spam accounts have profiles and blogs that are indexed by google and other search engines which not only increases the number of pages the search engines have to crawl on your site, but also gives the spammers more to search for when finding sites to target. Which in turn results in more spammers trying to visit your site.

I have already tried to stress the importance of this to you, yet those accounts were still there last time i looked.

People often confuse VPS with having your 'own Virtual Private Server' and that is definitely not the case. Companies that sell VPS create multiple VPS accounts on a single server. With that said, they have no choice but to throttle each account so that a single account cannot take away server resources away from all the other accounts on that same server. 

Note to all: If you have an active/high volume website, your best bet is to get a dedicated server. After all, for what most people charge for VPS, you can get a decent dedicated server (cough cough)
