Well, you have 2 ways you can do it.  They are both very very very simple.

1:  Open up your site to your home page, do you see the site stats on it?  Great!  Now get out your white-out and just use the little brush to draw lines across your screen to cover up the ones you want to get rid of.  Will work like a charm until you scroll, but at least you won't have to read them anymore.

Or you can take the more complicated route, but also very effective.

2:  Open your database via cPanel/phpMyAdmin and locate in the left column "SiteStat" and click on it.  Now, go ahead in the top menu and click "Browse" (You'll see it in the menu tabs across the top).  Now just scroll down and locate what your looking for and click the red x to drop it from the table.  Your done.

In the event of looking for the Orca items, look for "Topics" and drop that item from the table, that will remove Forum items from the site stat menu.

***The Internet General has determined that 9 out of 10 site owners utilize option "1" when removing items from their site.
