How to remove certain fields in Join page

Hi Guys,

I've just removed my dating website and replaced it with an NGO community. It still uses same Dolphin files/database hence I need to do some customization on it. On the join page, http://yabangpinoythecommunity.com/join.php  how can I remove the "Looking for" fields including those checkboxes for male and female? I've tried removing the Looking for fields in the language settings but I guess I messed it up.

you can make it simply from admin area >> builder >> fields builder >> join form

Just drag it to inactive block

Never touch the language setting unless you know what your doing, hes right better to toggle the page ,menu and navigation builder. drag the blocks you dont like at the bottom.

I just did poor me :(..i removed all with instances of "looking for"...i wonder what will be its repercussion.
