How to remove PopUp menu?

Can someone please guide me in the general direction of how to remove this popup (see screenshot) when hovering too long over a profile photo?

Just add the following JavaScript global variable, usually you can do it in _header.html file in your custom template by adding it to the script section:

var glUserInfoDisabled = 'yes';
