How to remove Option: online only

Hi, how can i remove the check box option: online only, and with pictures only.

Open the - templates\base\browse_searched_block.html

find and remove these code lines there:

again, this is something that would be better if it were accessible for administration from the admin panel rather than hacking the source files.
