How to not cache the backend administrator area

Hi,

Is there a way/an option to not cache the back end of Dolphin?

Although am new to Dolphin, what I've found is when making changes to the cache settings in the back end (Dolphin 7.2.1), the older settings get cached so each time you go to the "Settings" option your changes don't seem to take effect.

This troubled me for a while until I realised I had to clear ./cache and ./cache_public to see the actual settings. Note with memcached setup, you can't use the "clear cache" item to clear the cache.

I personally don't care whether the back end is fast or not, I care more that what I'm looking at is actually what I'm meant to be looking at, so if there's a way to not cache the back end please share this information.

Appreciate your advice. Thanks.

Michael.
