How to modify send email text ?

Hello i'm a french guy and have a problem.

I translated my site into french but did't find where to modify the text that member receive in their mail  when they

registered or for notification.

Can you help me please ?

To answer your question:

Admin -> Settings -> E-mail templates.  Just write them out in french & html
