I have web site www.bintangprima.com, it is phpmotion. And I plan to change it to dolphin without delete the video data so that i will not need to upload the video all over again. Please anyone can help me?

You would have to write a custom script to migrate everything from phpmotion to Dolphin. If you needed someone to do it for you there is a job section here also:
