How to make videos as featured ?

How does videos go into the featured section. I do not see any option in the admin panel or in the site that allows me to set a video as 'featured video'.

Admin -> Modules -> Videos.

Select the videos you want featured and click the make featured button.

Even after having chosen which Videos to be featured it needs to show up on Homepage.

But there the link Featured is missing in the Video block. Only Latest and Top is showing. 

How do I get Featured to show there to display my chosen videos?

Is it not possible to show featured Videos?

Seems like something that should be pretty basic.
