How to make a members profile private?

I have a 7.0.9 dolphin website and have noticed that there is not a option to make a member profile private,is there a way to in admin?

set all block option to me only or friends only.

That when non members go there they see nothing

You can use page access control to block non-members from accessing member.php.  That way when they go to a member's profile, they get "Access Denied"
