I downloaded these http://www.boonex.com/m/boonex-dolphin-avatars-collection-1 avatars here at the maket but the readme file does not tell you where to install them,, and is it as simple as uploading them to a folder on the server??... anyone know?

Yes, you simply remove the old avatars and upload the new ones. Then you have to clear all the caches to see the new ones. This is something I have been meaning to do. Most of my members upload their own avatars, so it is not that big of a deal.
