How to get the old style language selector in head

How to put the language selector with the flag into the header and not only a small text into the footer... many members complaint about my website because its not in another language but its only because they dont look at the bottom of the page... but come on! the language should be at the top of the page not bottom... its the first thing that user do when navigate to the website..

so anyone have some free mod or code that i have to change??

Hello??? it's very important... user dont think there is more than one language on my website because of the new layout of dolphin with the language selector at the top bottom of the page... someone got an idea how to put it on the top with Flag??
