How to get Chatbox

hey all

i'm new here

and i can't figure out how that i can get a chat on my dolphin community

i got the page in the menu but nothing is shown when i click on it (except the regular template etc)

but no chatbox

if someone can help me

You are using the Free version?
Have you registered the ray plugins?
Have you Enable Ray in advanged settings?

Google Chrome doesn't load it

i tried with internet explorer and that worked
