2) Premature end of script headers: browse.php, referer: http://www.***************.php

er...check your browse.php. You added some code? Something is wrong with that page. Like it timeouts or crashes because of bad code.

so much to do....

Can I ask how you know this ?

Also the error reports show different pages ...

I think it's causing my server to have random 500 internal error issues I'm not sure?!

Prashank25 can you tell me if 'bad code' on a page is capable of random speed issues and 500 internal server errors ?

I have been trying to optimize my server and other things but the errors I have been reporting are a nightmare!

I don't think the server or settings is at all the issue which has caused me to try and debug the errors in logs plus I have other dolphin sites on my server running without any issues whatsoever ...
