How to extend the comments in Outline?

I do know in the comments on objects, but how to extend default in Outline comments?

 I looked at the ticket and I don't think that ticket is for this issue.  What you want to do is to set the size of the snippet for the comment much like we can set the size of the snippet for the blog post on the outline.

This method is ok for comments in general but has no effect on the timeline.
