How to disable Avatar in profiles

i want to disable avatar in one of the files either singles or couples. can any one guide me how to do it?

you need to alter design.inc.php code i dont see any option in backend

do you want to disable the avatar icons or the complete avatar function, so that noone can upload a avatar picture?

and why do you use beta or RC version?

ans to your other question is. i was to make to signup groups/categories
1) job Seekers
2) Employers

i want Employers can post their compnay LOGO on Avatar
and non of the job seeks should have avatar option, thats whyi want to disable the avatar option for one group of users
