How to change actions so anyone cant delete ads

Im currently posting ads, and dont know how to change the actions so that people can't just randomly go and delete them. I have the box unchecked in the member actions section (For permissions), but it still allows anyone to go and delete them.

Delete any ad can only admin or if 'ads delete any ad' is set in membership actions. In all other cases only owner of the ad can delete it.
