How to add new friends?

I am new here. I downloaded dolphin 6.1.6 (or maybe I should download the dolphin 7) and I am testing the features and overall functionality.

I can't find the way to add friends. Can anybody give me a hint or point me to the right place?

P.S. I am a PHP/MySQL programmer and I would gladly become a part of the TEAM and become a contributor.

Hello!

Every logged user during visit profile page of another user will see button "Be Friends" which sends friend request to owner of this profile. Then this owner will check his friend requests and after approval 2 users will be friends.
