 I have been trying to locate where to change the colour of the breadcrumb bar as indicated in the attached screenshot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I changed the #666666 in the top_menu.css file for the breadcrumb but nothing has changed.

download firefox lates browser once you have done that download one of their addons called firebug firebug will help you locate the css file and location where the file is so you can make basic css changes also if the color is not changing after you have edited the correct css make sure u delete your cache

For this you need to re color the background images for the breadcrumb. The images to Re Color are bc_bg.png bc_bg_close.png bc_bg_open.png And If you want the spacer arrow a diferent color you need to Re Color bc_divider.png All of those images are in templates/base/images. I have attached a few screen shots of mine the first is without the spacer arrow and the second shows the spacer. Make sure when you have changed them and uploaded them that you delete everything in the cach and cach_public folders except .htaccess then reload the page to view. |
