How long does it take to get license keys

I ordered my license keys a couple hours ago and still have not recieved them.  I sent a email to presales as instructed but have not heard back.  Previously when I have purchased licenses they were available immediately, is anyone having this problem?

from my experience, it should have been pretty much instantaneous. what licenses did you purchase? the smart pro pack or what?
