How does the Mass Mail function work? Say, you have 1,000 members and you want to send the email in the queue to "All". In the Email Templates Settings - you have the "Send emails from queue" field set to "20".
Does cron send out 20 emails at a time everytime it executes... or does cron send out all 1,000 at once?
