How does matching work?

I'm wanting to build a dating website for a client of mine and have opted to go with Dolphin for the build.  I was just curious to find out exactly how the matching part of it works.  What are the limitations on matching, what criteria does the sytsem "match" - based on what?  Are there certain questions/answers we can integrate into one's profile that the system will look for and match as well?

Inside the Admin => Builders => Field Builders you will notice each block when opened has tabs, one of those tabs says matching.  You simply set the % and what field you want it to match to.

You can add as many fields to the matching system as you like, just set it to what you want to match up to.
