How do you let people post in forums... omg this is sooo complicated! When I click on New Topic, nothing happens. I just can't understand why this thing doesn't work out of the box! I'm like 90 hours into this with hardly any customization and it seems to be one issue after the other. There's also no formatting in the blogs, it's just one long block of text that looks like crap. Can't even put in a line break!

Hello May be something is mixed up on your site. I just tried to post New Topic on my demo Dolphin 7.0.9 and didn't have any problems. I just selected General group -> General Discussions forum and posted new topic there. Best Regards AntonLV - http://www.boonex.com/market/posts/AntonLV |
Okay, so one problem solved, but raises a new question... I cannot start a new topic or use the forums using Windows 8, rather, IE 10 in my install, however I can with Safari. But what's really strange is I can start a new topic and post on this site as I'm doing now with IE 10; what's the difference? Also, IE10 is responsible for the text formatting issue for the blogs. |
