How do you increase chat video quality?

I have an HD webcam, but you'd never know it.  The video on the receiving end is a very low resolution, and low FPS.

Anyone?

Let me rephrase the question.  Perhaps no one understood.

The only places right off hand that I can recall where you have the option to change video quality is in the Modules>Flash Apps area. Both A/V Chat and Comments Video Player have areas in the settings where you can adjust these.

Im pretty sure that the refresh rate would somewhat come into play with this also. Do you host your own RMS or do you have it through your hosting company? If you want, you can try broadcasting on my site to see if you get the same results.

Also found this..  not sure it will help with webcam but seems you can do some tweaking in the flash/modules/video_comments/inc/header.inc.php file.

I saw that thread about IM.  There are no similar adjustments for chat.  All the video quality settings on my side are set at 100%.

I suspect, that for the quality settings, I am at the mercy of the RMS..... which I have no control over.  I just want someone to say that out loud.

Anybody know if Rayz is still alive?  It would be nice if He or someone else at Boonex could answer this simple question.
