If you have cPanel access it's here: http://www.yoursite.com:2082/frontend/x3/subdomain/index.html

If you don't have cPanel access contact your ISP.

After creating the sub domain, where do I redirect it to?

I don't quite understand what you mean by "redirect." You should be able to access the subdomain immediately, and can add files to it through its directory under /public_html/.

Is there something specific you're trying to achieve with a subdomain?

You can add files/another installation, etc. to the subdomain through its directory under /public_html/. Is there something specific you're trying to do?

You'll find the subdomain's directory under /public_html/carribsocial.e3global1.com/ (or something like that). If you're wanting to install Dolphin on it, you can upload it there.

I'm currently on 7.0.3 with the main site and to install dolphin in the sub domain would be an higher version of dolphin, will this matter?

I don't see how, since this would be a separate site.

I uploaded it and still getting the same message. Once upload, do I extract the files or leave it as is?

You need to extract the files from the ZIP archive, which can be done with cPanel's file manager.
