How do users access the Desktop Application?

I know there's no such thing as a stupid question . . . but this might change that.  WHERE IS THE DESKTOP APPLICATION?   I have it set up in Admin.  Everything else works on the site but I don't see where the user is able to access the Desktop application.

That is a seperate application which you need to download on the download page and install it...

I already have it installed and set-up in my Ray Widgets.  I do have RMS set up.  It's there but how does the website user access it?  How do you make it available on the site for members to use?
