How do members upload photo

How do I get members photos to go into the pending file? I have searched and searched. No Luck!!!

Do not quite understand your question, so maybe this is not the answer you're looking for.

Admin Panel -> Modules -> Photos -> go to separator "Settings" and check if "Enable auto-activation for files" is ticked. If so, photos will not show up for approval, because they are automatically approved...

When I have a member submit a photo it goes into photo module. it does not go into the verified members pending photo section in verified members. How do I change the badge to say verified?
