How do I transfer all data from 6.14 to 7?

Just doing a new install of 7RC to a new host but all my data is on a 6.14 database file.

How easy/how on earth do I transfer all the information over?

You have to upgrade to 6.1.5, then 6.1.6 before you can migrate to D7. I hope you havent done/added any modifications that would have altered the Profiles table or it will not work.
